This Content Removal and DMCA Policy is operated by Tyler Powell, LLC (“Company”, “We”, “Us”).

1. Purpose

This policy outlines the process for reporting, reviewing, and resolving requests for the removal of content that may be illegal, infringe rights, or otherwise violate our community standards or terms of use.

2. Reporting Content

We permit users, rights holders, and other affected parties to report content that may be:

  • Illegal under applicable law, including defamation, copyright infringement, or harassment;

  • In violation of our Terms of Service or Community Standards; or

  • Misleading, harmful, or inappropriate in context.

To submit a content removal request, please email us at support@blazinfans.io with the following details:

  • The URL(s) or specific location(s) of the content in question

  • A clear description of the issue and why it violates applicable laws or our standards

  • Supporting evidence or documentation (if any)

  • Your full name, contact details, and proof of authority (if filing on behalf of another party)

3. Review and Resolution Process

All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven (5) business days of receipt.
Our review team will:

  1. Assess the validity and completeness of the report;

  2. Determine whether the content violates applicable laws or our standards; and

  3. Notify the complainant of the outcome and any actions taken.

4. Appeals Process

If you disagree with the outcome of a content review, you may appeal the decision within five (5) business days of receiving the notification.
Appeals should include:

  • A clear explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect;

  • Any additional evidence or context.

Our team will re-evaluate the case and issue a final determination, which will be communicated to you in writing.

5. Possible Outcomes

Following our investigation, the potential outcomes may include:

    • Content removal: The reported content is deleted or disabled.

    • Content retention: The content remains accessible if found not to violate laws or standards.

    • Account action: The responsible user may receive a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on severity.

    • Referral to authorities: Where required by law, we may report certain matters to relevant legal or regulatory authorities.

If you believe that your rights are being violated or your content appears without consent, you may submit a Content Removal Request or a DMCA Notice to:

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.  
All legal matters must be resolved in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
